 The three articles posted below make up a three-part series entitled “The Pfrimmer Corner” published in Massage Magazine between September of 1999 and January of 2000. Each article, coauthored by Victoria Ross and Chuck Selvaggio, gives a step-by-step description of the Pfrimmer Muscle Isolation method as applied to a certain muscle: the first featuring “Pectoralis Minor,” the second featuring “Anterior Deltoid,” and the third featuring “Gluteus Minumus.”
